You may be concerned about the operating costs with a smart pallet system. Most of the manufactured pallets that are being stocked operate on a battery. The battery life is at least 10 years on most units. This means that you do not have to have additional power to operate or charge each of the pallets. This means you will see a reduction in your operating costs and possibly in your energy costs as well. With the other benefits of these pallets, you may also experience lower operating costs that deal with lost or damaged goods.
